The work consists of the major renovation and construction of buildings (A, B and C) and their immediate surroundings as well as the development of the park, including the structural work, all the techniques and the completions for a realization in the rules of the art.

This works contract includes the materials, materials and products as well as the transport, labour, costs, measurements, charges and means of execution whatsoever necessary for the perfect, complete and conforming to the rules of the art as well as for the destination of all the works in the disciplines of architecture, urban planning, landscape, environment, stability, acoustics, special techniques (applicants, sanitary, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity, lighting, telephony, connectors, fire safety and surveillance systems), energy performance of buildings (EPB), furniture design and exterior and/or interior signage.
