Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing, Oslo municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, is planning to execute reconstruction/replacement of 10-15 lifts (located on various addresses). The contract is to be executed during the next 3-4 years. In connection with this, the Awarding Authority wishes to engage a service provider with lift engineering competence. The contract includes consultancy services such as:

— Engineering design and construction management in connection with reconstruction and replacement of lifts.

— Following up framework agreements related to lift services, including control of invoices, meetings with suppliers, entering into new service agreements, etc.

— Condition evaluation.
