The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners residing from the area of Żołynia Municipality.
1. The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners residing from the area of the Municipality of Żołynia, i.e. from: Sołectwa Żołynia, Sołectwa Brzóza Stadnicka, Sołectwa Smolarzyny, Sołectwa Kopanie Żołyńskie, in a way that ensures that the appropriate levels are achieved recycling, preparation for re-recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. — Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888 of d.), and by implementing acts to that Act.

3. The minimum amount expected for the collection and management of waste will be 800,000 Mg.
4. The collection and management of municipal waste should be in accordance with applicable law in particular with:
(a) By the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., U. 2021, item 888 as amended),
(b) By the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste (i.e., U. 202, item 779 as amended),
(c) By Act of 23 April 1964, Civil Code (i.e., U. of 2020, item 1740 as amended),
(d) By Act of 27 April 2001, Environmental Law (i.e., U. 2020, item 1219),
(e) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on specific requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws 2013, item 122),
(f) Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on how to calculate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530),
(g) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on levels of limitation of mass storage of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412).
