1. The subject of the contract is the supply in the form of a lease of a mobile drum screen.

The Contractor will be obliged to: conclude an operating lease agreement for a period of 60 months, taking into account the initial fee of 35% of the net value of the machine + VAT and the amount of redemption of the machine in the amount of 15% of the net value of the machine + VAT constituting installment No. 60 of the lease.

A detailed description of the item of the order is set out in Annex 6 to SWZ.

2. Contractor:

1) guarantees that the device being the subject of the contract is free from construction, material, workmanship and legal defects;

2) on the day of receipt of the device in question, provide the Ordering Party with documents specifying the conditions of warranty and post-warranty service;

3) the acceptance of the machine will take place at the Ordering Party's headquarters
