The municipalities in the Central Limburg West region, being the municipalities of Leudal, Nederweert and Weert, jointly purchase the Wmo tailor-made help with the Household.

The agreement to be concluded, with the tenderers who meet the specified grounds for exclusion / quality requirements / other requirements, has a term of one (1) year, with the option to extend it by a maximum of one (1) year.

The Help with Household for Central Limburg West, falls under the so-called "social and other specific services" of Directive 2014/24 / EU (Annex XIV).

Tenderers are not entitled to compensation for any costs incurred or damage suffered. Tenderers do not receive any contribution from the municipality towards the costs of drawing up and submitting their registration.
