Description:
57/54/3/21/046 - Area NW - Logistics Centre Infrabel Bruges. Construction of a sanitary and social building and renovation of an existing logistics building with redevelopment of the outdoor environment and parking. Building a new one and demolishing the existing traction substation.

This assignment consists of 2 parts, namely:

Fixed part:

- Renovation of the existing LCI office building for the integration of various services: removal of sanitary facilities and changing rooms and conversion into office spaces.

- Building a new social and sanitary building: building a building with refectory, changing room and sanitary facilities.

- Construction of the outdoor environment in different phases in connection with the construction of the new buildings and the adaptation of the existing ones.

Conditional part:

- Construction of a new traction substation for the electrical supply of the railway infrastructure next to the tracks.

- After commissioning the new traction substation, the old one will have to be demolished.

- Construction of the outdoor environment in different phases in connection with the construction of the new buildings and the demolition of the existing ones.

- Fence the site.
