The market for the object of the acquisition, delivery, installation work, work to bring the rooms into compliance (installation of additional shielding, consolidation ...) and installation as well as commissioning (in this including all the computer and technical equipment necessary for the functioning of the system) of 500 scan for the sites of Ste Elisabeth and Dinant of the UCL Namur CHU. Medical and paramedical training, essential accessories for carrying out quality checks, technical assistance and full omnium maintenance (optional required) of the 100 scans are also part of the market.

The present market is a mixed market whose main object is the acquisition of supplies within the meaning of article 2, 20º of the law of 17.6.2016. The contracting authority has made certain provisions relating to public works contracts which apply to the performance of the contract for the fitting out of the rooms in which the 100 scans will be installed. The contracting authority has also made certain provisions relating to service contracts which apply to the performance of the contract for the maintenance of supplies and associated IT equipment. These provisions are specifically specified for the positions concerned.
