The subject of the contract are services related to the collection of municipal waste generated and collected on all properties where residents live, where no residents live and municipal waste is generated, and in summer cottages on real estate or other real estate
used for recreation and leisure purposes, located within the administrative borders of the Sieradz Commune.
The subject of the order is the services associated with:
1) collection of municipal waste generated and collected on all properties on which residents live, on which residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated, and in summer houses on real estate or other real estate used for recreational purposes, located within the administrative boundaries of the Sieradz Municipality,
2) Scope of the order:
- mixed municipal waste, estimated amount of waste: 3,200.00 Mg
- selectively collected municipal waste – 1,700.00 Mg,
- biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste – 820.00 Mg;
3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is annexed to this SWZ:
(a) a detailed description of the object of the order - Annex No 1,
(b) the statement of property in individual sołectities within the Municipality of Sieradz — Annex No 2,
(c) a statement of the type and codes of waste received from property owners — Annex No 3,
(d) a detailed description of the requirements for the equipment of vehicles, containers and the registration of events — Annex No 4,
(e) the estimated number of containers for unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste — Annex No 5
(f) number of bus stops and cars — Annex No 6,
4) a) The Contracting Authority requires employment on the basis of an employment contract, within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974. Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465) by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons performing the following activities during the performance of the contract:
- steering and handling of waste collection equipment,
- the operation of emptying containers and collection of bags of selective waste and other municipal waste.
(b) The detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement under the employment contract are set out in the model contract — Annex No 8 to the SWZ.
5) The Contracting Authority requires that the fleet of vehicles used in the performance of the contract shall include vehicles of the N1 or N2 or N3 category, meeting the requirements referred to in Article 68a(1)(1) and (2) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 875, as amended), specified in point 11(2)(d), indent 3 of the Terms of Use and indicated by the Contractor in the offer form.
6) The Contractor will be obliged to submit a list of vehicles referred to in subsection 5 within 3 working days prior to the date of execution of the order, indicating in particular: name, type of model, category, type of fuel, vehicle registration number.
7) In the course of the performance of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to submit to the Contracting Authority, after the end of a given month of service provision, a list of vehicles referred to in subsection 5, indicating in particular: name, type of model, category, type of fuel, vehicle registration number, confirming that the vehicles referred to in subsection 5 delivered waste to the Reloading Station located in Sieradz at the street. Dzigorzewska 4 or the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant "Orli Staw", located in Orli Staw 2, 62-834 Ceków.
