Contracting of the Museum Services of the MAEC system - Park and concession of services connected to it.

The object of this assignment is to manage the services of the MAEC - Park system, as set out in the special descriptive and performance specifications and in the Tender Regulations:

a) opening and closing of the premises and museum spaces;

b) custody, surveillance and control of accesses and premises;

c) ticketing, booking and presale;

d) reception and information to the public;

e) cleaning of the premises, museum assets and spaces of the Archaeological Park;

f) maintenance of the green areas of the MAEC - Park;

g) ordinary maintenance of the MAEC - Park system;

h) extraordinary service of surveillance of the exhibition rooms, reception and security during special events;

i) bookshop concession service;

l) concession service for guided tours and educational activities and events organized by the contractor;

m) concession service for the creation and rental of audio guides;

n) service under concession to manage the camper area;

o) electric bike rental service.
