The subject of the contract includes the delivery of five brand new, zero-emission electric buses of the midi class, low-floor with parameters m.in.:
- Total length - In the range of 8500 – 9600 mm;
- Total width - No more than 2500 mm;
- Total number of seats including seats - Minimum 55 seats, including at least 23 seats (including at least 4 full-size seats accessible directly from the low floor);
- Type of engine - The bus is to be powered by electric motor(s) with a power of min. 160 kW. with a maximum speed limit function of 70 km/h. Can be operated at ambient temperatures of -30oC to + 40oC. In the case of a centrally located engine, engine soundproofing shields made of flame-retardant materials with easily removable operating covers are required to allow access for operation. The drive system must recover braking energy and use it to recharge the batteries and reduce the driving speed;
- Energy storage – charging method - Energy storage capacity min. 340 kWh. Electricity storage facilities are to ensure trouble-free operation and maintenance of energy capacity of at least 80% of their nominal (initial) value for a minimum period of 120 months.
Disclaimer: Regardless of the technical condition and value of useful energy capacity, i.e. between 96 and 120 months of operation, the supplier shall, at the User's request, replace the energy storage at its own expense with a brand new energy storage free from defects with parameters not worse than the originally installed. If the replacement of the energy storage would involve introducing changes to the vehicle in order to adapt it to the installation of a new energy storage, the cost associated with the adaptation of the vehicle shall be borne by the Contractor. The installation of energy storage devices should allow their replacement in the user's workshop conditions. The Contractor shall collect from the Contracting entity and dispose of the replaced energy storage at its own expense;
