The commercial enterprises Duisburg - AöR, hereinafter referred to as AG, collects commercial settlement and construction/demolition waste from customers in the city of Duisburg. The waste comes from commercial and industrial companies as well as from construction sites.

This waste is collected in our own vehicles and containers and is to be delivered to a pre-treatment plant on an ongoing basis. The delivered commercial municipal and construction/demolition waste must be pre-treated/pre-sorted in accordance with the currently valid Commercial Waste Ordinance (GewAbfV).

The pre-sorted commercial waste must be made available to the AG for later collection.

The delivery and collection of commercial waste takes place on working days from Monday to Friday.

The tender refers to a service period from 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024 (12 months).

Furthermore, a unilateral contract extension option of 12 months (01.01.2025 - 31.12.2025) for the AG must be taken into account.

Delivery of commercial waste:

Commercial waste (mixed packaging - AVV 150106 and mixed construction and demolition waste - AVV 170904) is delivered by the AG. Multiple deliveries can be made daily.

The waste to be taken over (mixed packaging - AVV 150106) is delivered in drop and unload containers of different sizes (7 - 48 m3), via 3-axle trucks (from the transfer container collection) and occasionally in press containers (10 m3 or 20 m3).

The waste (mixed construction and demolition waste - AVV 170904) is delivered exclusively in drop and drop containers of different sizes (7 - 48 m3).

The Contractor must have a pre-treatment plant or transfer point located in the vicinity of Duisburg, within a maximum radius of 35 km (as the crow flies).

The above-mentioned maximum distance includes the sum of the distance (as the crow flies) from the central depot DU-Hochfeld, Zur Kupferhütte 10, 47053 Duisburg, to the pre-treatment plant or transfer point as well as the distance (as the crow flies) from the pre-treatment plant or transfer point to the GMVA Niederrhein, Buschhausener Str. 156/158, 46049 Oberhausen.

Deliveries to the pre-treatment plant or transfer point are made at the following times:

Monday - Friday: 07.00 - 16.00

Within these periods, the AG must be able to transfer the collected waste (AVV 150106 and AVV 170904) to the AN.

At the pre-treatment plant or transfer point, it must be possible to dump the delivered waste immediately. It is not possible to "temporarily store" the delivered and filled containers.

All of the fractions received on behalf of the AG are to be recorded with weight indication (weighing on an officially calibrated scale). This must be documented by means of a weighing slip. A copy/copy of the weighing slip must be handed over directly to the driver of the AG.

The following information must be available on the weighing table:

- date and time of delivery to the presorting plant/takeover point,

- Weighing slip no.

- Official license plate number of the vehicle,

- name or name and address of the installation and scale (if

divergent),

- description of the type of waste and AVV no.,

- Origin of the fraction delivered (indication of the source of production),

- gross weight,

- net weight.

The weights recorded on the scale are considered the basis for monthly invoices.

The AG is subject to the obligations of §4 para. (1) and § 9 para. (1) number 1 and paragraph (3) of the currently valid Commercial Waste Ordinance (GewabFV).

Before delivering commercial waste for the first time, the bidder must therefore confirm in writing that their pre-sorting system meets the requirements of § 6 (1) and (3) of the currently valid Commercial Waste Ordinance (GewabFV).

Form F 10 annexed in Appendix 2 must be signed by the bidder for this purpose.

The quantities to be processed in the service period from 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024 (12 months) are as follows:

- AVV-No. 150106 mixed packaging

ca. 5.000 t

- AVV-No. 170904 mixed construction and demolition waste, with the exception of those covered by 170901, 170902 and 170903

ca. 5.300 t

The above-mentioned quantities also apply to the optioned service period (01.01.2025 - 31.12.2025).
