The subject of the contract is the delivery to the Ordering Party of a brand new (i.e. manufactured in 2023 or 2024), unused, complete, undamaged wheeled excavator with an operating weight of 21-28T intended for reloading works together with a five-finger grapple [hereinafter jointly referred to as the Excavator] together with a system enabling remote monitoring of the Excavator's operation described in section 2 letter c) and the SWZ [hereinafter referred to as the System] and servicing of the Excavator for a period of 24 months from the receipt of the Excavator with the System or for a period of 7,000 mth of its operation - whichever is the first [hereinafter referred to as the Services]. The excavator must be delivered with accessories, including the Contractor is obliged to provide a five-fingered, semi-open grapple, capacity min. 0.6 m³ and a maximum opening width of 2.4 m, hydraulically rotatable.
Prem. Allow. remote monitoring of the Excavator's operation as described in section 2 (c) and the SWZ [hereinafter referred to as the System] and service. for a period of 24 months from the receipt of the Excavator from Syst. or for a period of 7,000 mth of its work - depending on the whichever is the first to elapse [hereinafter referred to as the Services]. Prem. The order also includes:
•Pr exploitation tests. – for a period of min. 1h, consisting of loading. container or semi-trailer at the place indicated by the Order, the test will be carried out by the supplier operator
