This Notice of Framework Agreement concerns the submission of applications. The draft single-award framework agreement with purchase orders is made under restricted tender according to articles R. 2124-1 and R. 2161-6 to R. 2161-11 of the Public Order Code. The draft framework agreement is sensitive, in accordance with Article 78 IGI 1 300. It is divided into two stages:

1) the choice of candidates, and

2) the invitation of selected candidates to submit an offer.

The framework agreement to purchase orders is made with a minimum of EUR 40,000 excluding VAT over four years and without maximum amount over four years, according to the provisions of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2126-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. Benefits relate to the intervention of a worker safety and health protection coordinator for the design and implementation phases for operations 3rd and 2nd categories. The geographical area covers all the sites of the Toulon defense base.

The geographical area covers all the sites of the Toulon defense base (municipalities of Toulon, La Farlède, Crau, Saint-Mandrier, Hyères (including the islands of the Levant and Porquerolles), Cuers, Le Pradet, Valletta, Six-Fours,...). The annual forecast volume of orders for category 3 operations is 20 per year, and for transactions in category 2, this volume is 30 per year.
