4.1 To provide Appropriate Adult Service responsive to all clients – 365 days per year 9am – Midnight. It is expected that the Service Provider will continue beyond Midnight if appropriate and the request was received before Midnight. (The Council retains the right to seek a variation to amend the contract to provide a 24hr service should it be required).

4.2 This to be achieved via the use of Appropriate Adults and where applicable, signpost to other professionals as required.

4.3 To support Appropriate Adults and the police where issues surrounding suitability of particular Appropriate Adults are evident.
