The non-profit professional development agency of the Baden-Württemberg carpentry and timber construction GmbH announces the procurement of a wood shredder in the course of the equipment for the replacement construction of the branch of the carpenter training center.

The service to be offered includes project planning, ready-to-use delivery free of charge, including packaging, transport / transport insurance, introduction into the building, erection, assembly, installation and commissioning, as well as user instruction on the system and handover to / acceptance by the client.

In the course of the inter-company training, residual wood accumulates, which should be shredded for thermal recycling. The rest of the above material is mainly small-format squared timber with a max. Dimensions 12 cm by 12 cm at 50 cm length. In addition, small quantities of wood-based panel residues are expected as small strips or the like. The raw material is almost entirely made up of technically dried spruce or fir wood with Umax 20% and is processed to the best possible dimensions before the shredding process.

The shredder is to be installed in one of the factories in the southeastern part of the building and operated in a stationary manner. This is filled manually or by means of a tipping device by crane or forklift. The wood chips should be transported to a container provided by the customer, for which a fully or partially automatic conveyor system must reliably transport the wood chips to a height of approx. 1.80 m above the finished floor.

The supply of spare parts and a repair service as well as customer support must be guaranteed for a period of at least 10 years.
