Employers therefore need to identify the necessary technical, organizational, managerial and relational skills, to share the methodology for checking skills by the entire hierarchical line concerned, to develop this type of service as a step in the recruitment process.

The services are divided into 3 lots:

- Lot 1: "Assistance in the recruitment of senior executives" which will include a skills assessment service and a global recruitment service

- Lot 2: "Aptitude tests / skills assessment, excluding management executives"

- Lot 3: "Advice and support for non-executive recruitment"

The contracts concluded at the end of this consultation will take the form of single-contractor framework agreements with purchase orders

As part of the performance of the skills assessment, the different phases (interviews, tests, briefing and debriefing interviews, etc.) may take place remotely and/or face-to-face in the premises made available by the holder. They must be located in Nantes or, failing that, in the Nantes conurbation and be easily accessible by public transport. They must allow access to people with reduced mobility.

As part of the overall recruitment assistance service, the different phases may take place remotely, except for recruitment interviews in the presence of the local authority, which must take place in person at the premises of Nantes Métropole or the City of Nantes.

As part of the aptitude tests / assessment of non-executive competencies services, the interview and test phases will take place face-to-face in the premises that the staff members will have made available. They must be located in Nantes or, failing that, in the Nantes conurbation and be easily accessible by public transport. They must allow access to people with reduced mobility. Exceptionally, the interview and test phases may take place remotely. The briefing and debriefing interview phases will take place remotely

As part of the advice and support service for recruitment outside of management executives, the different phases may take place remotely, except for recruitment interviews in the presence of the local authority, which must take place in person at the premises of Nantes Métropole or the City of Nantes.
