Scope of procurement
The procurement relates to a framework agreement for an IT consultancy brokerage service.
Last year, the volume was SEK 10,000,000 for the City of Landskrona and SEK 7,000,000 for the Municipality of Eslöv. Candidates may consider the volumes as a guide to the scope. The Ministry for Foreign Affairs (Contracting Authority) does not provide any guarantees for any volumes during the contract period, but the scope may change during this period.
The maximum volume for the framework agreement is SEK 90,000,000 for the City of Landskrona and the Municipality of Eslöv together.
If the framework agreement's turnover reaches the specified ceiling volume (SEK 90,000,000) or this situation is expected to occur in the near future, Purchasing and Procurement has the right to terminate the framework agreement with immediate effect. Such a termination shall not affect the validity of contracts concluded on the basis of the framework agreement prior to that date. The maximum volume should not be confused with the estimated scope of the procurement. The contract period is 2 years with the possibility to extend 1+1 years. The agreement enters into force from the date it is signed by all parties, but no earlier than 2024-01-01.The start date of the agreement may be postponed in the event of a review and in the event of events that the Ministry for Foreign Affairs could not reasonably have foreseen. The total contract period will remain unchanged.
