The purpose of this framework agreement (CA) is third-party application maintenance services on 2 ANR applications that are backed by a solution supported by the Cohéris licenses (beneficiary portal and CRM). It is concluded at unit prices and is executed on purchase orders. The CA is concluded for an initial period of 12 months, renewable 3 times, without commitment on the minimum amount and with commitment on the maximum amount set at 1,276,800 euro (s) HT over its overall duration (possible renewals included)
