The City of Kaarina requests applications from the Suppliers to apply for the negotiation phase. The equipment components of the System to be procured are procured as an investment, and the System is mainly operated by the Customer's own employees.
Based on the comparisons of the final offers, the selected Supplier shall:
Planned to sign a 4-year contract plus two option years
(4+1+1). After six years, the agreement becomes valid until further notice.
The requirements and features of the system to be procured are described in the requirement specification (Appendix 1). The extent of the current environment is described in Appendix 2.
The initial timetable for the introduction of the system is as follows:
- Call to participate in the competitive dialogue, September 2023
- Return of applications for participation, October, 2023
- Selection of suppliers for negotiated procedure, October 2023
- Negotiation period, October 2023
- Publication of the final call for tenders, November 2023
- Return of final offers, December 2023
- System Selection, December 2023
- Contract negotiations, January 2024
- Project plan and start of implementation project, January 2024
- The phased replacement of the old access control system with a new one is defined in the project plan
