Rendalen municipality intends to enter into a contract for emptying and transporting septic sludge from separate plants and municipal treatment plants to Kværnesmoa where the sludge shall be dewatered. The contract's estimated extent is approx. 900000 NOK per annum.

Approx. 700 septic tanks or blocked tanks per annum are emptied in the municipality with a total amount of approx. 2100m3 per annum. In addition approx. 100 septic tanks or blocked tanks shall be emptied at holiday homes.

The contract shall start 1.1.2014 and will run for five years with the awarding authority having an option for an extension for 1+1 year - up to a total of seven years.
