The Landesbetrieb Straßenbau NRW intends to award planning services for the new construction of the Erndtebrück road maintenance department in the inter-municipal Wittgenstein commercial and industrial park, on the Gäuseberg in the Schameder district of Erndtebrück.

Extensions or adequately dimensioned replacement buildings cannot be implemented at the current location. For this reason, a new construction of the entire road maintenance department is planned on a newly acquired plot of land in the immediate vicinity. With the new building, the operational and energy requirements can be solved optimally and sustainably.

Completion is scheduled for 2026, this deadline results from the land purchase agreement.

The total costs (KG 200 - 700) of the measure are currently estimated at around 12.4 million euros / gross (as of May 2023).

The aim of the measure is to achieve the Efficiency House 40 standard and DGNB Gold certification.

The order includes freelance planning services.

The following services are to be awarded:

- structural engineering (service phases 1 - 6 according to HOAI § 51 in conjunction with appendix 14, including constructive fire protection);

- building physics - thermal protection and energy balancing acc. to HOAI;

- Building physics - building acoustics (sound insulation) according to HOAI;

- Building physics - room acoustics according to HOAI.

The required services are based on the service profiles of the HOAI. The client reserves the right to place orders in stages.
