As announced in the Commission's 2020 strategy to strengthen the application of the Charter of Fundamental Rights in the EU, the Commission wishes to develop an e-learning tool to ensure a coherent and effective implementation of the Common Provisions Regulation ‘enabling condition’ (COM(2020) 711 final, Sect. 1.2 Ensuring the application of the Charter in EU funding), and to develop a general e-learning tool on the Charter open to all (COM(2020) 711 final, Sect. 3.1 Updating and developing tools within the Commission).
