Since 1 January 2015, the H6 municipalities (Lansingerland, Pijnacker-Nootdorp, Zoetermeer,
Leidschendam-Voorburg, Wassenaar and Voorschoten) a collaboration for purchasing and the
conducting contract management on the Wmo products guidance, daytime activities and short-term
stay. Due to a need for further development and a new composition of the partnership, the need for a new procurement has arisen.
Evaluation of the current cooperation has led to this procurement process. It is an open house admission system. The municipalities conclude an agreement with all service providers who submit a notification, to which no exclusion grounds apply, who meet the minimum and suitability requirements and who comply with the set conditions and rates. This form of procurement is not a tender within the meaning of the Procurement Act 2012. Therefore, the rules relating to procurement procedures referred to in the Procurement Act do not apply.
This notice is intended solely in the context of transparency and does not concern a public contract notice as referred to in the Procurement Act. Wherever reference is made to 'the tender' in this form, it should read 'the open house admission system'.
