Sanctuary Group is the largest Registered Social Landlord in the country and manages over 79 000 homes throughout the United Kingdom. These properties include general rented, sheltered and supported accomodation and student and key worker accomodation (but not limited to). Sanctuary is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified contractors for the undertaking of the Cyclical Decoration and Pre-Decoration repairs (potentially including planned maintenance works for all types of Sanctuary properties).
Contractors will be invited to evaluate model dwellings and to submit percentage adjustments against the pre-priced NHF Schedule of Rates, together with calculating differential percentages for working in different geographical areas. Sanctuary Housing Stock is widely disbursed across the U.K. Sanctuary will issue works orders for individual packages of work and future works orders will be subject to annual performance reviews based against KPIs and Pricing. The Contractors will be required to provide a Customer focused service and show a commitment to providing an effective service that provides Value for Money to Sanctuary and our Residents.
Sanctuary reserves the right to withdraw from this Procurement Process at anytime without awarding any contracts.
Bidders are to be responsible for the costs and expenses they incur as a result of participating in this procurement process.
Interested Contractors should be able to demonstrate the relevant knowledge and particular skills to provide the services described.
Note - the volume of works generated under this framework cannot be guaranteed due to the changing nature of the Sanctuary managed portfolio of properties.
Providers appointed to the framework agreement, should be aware that they will be required to purchase materials from a nominated manufacturers distribution network and that Sanctuary will disclose the terms that have been agreed within the tender documents.
