With this invitation to tender, the City of Lohja, the Basic Safety Group Gooseberry, the Municipality of Siuntio and the City of Raasepor (hereinafter the subscribers) request a tender for transport under the Disability Services Act (VPL) and the Social Welfare Act (SHL), as well as transport service related on order brokerage services.

The objective of the acquisition is to secure equal and reliable access for all transport service customers under VPL and SHL to statutory travel and regular work and study trips according to the travel rights granted to them. The entity to be acquired includes all of the city of Lohja, the main refuge group, the municipality of Siuntio (incl. Inkoo Municipality) and the taxi journeys under the VPL and SHL of the city of Raasepor, as well as their relay services in accordance with the tender documents.

Subscription boards enter into their own procurement decisions as well as written framework agreements with selected service providers.

The start of the contract period on 1 October 2021 is goal-bound.

Ordinary taxi transport is a component of the acquisition.

A component object of the acquisition is accessible taxi transport, small cars.

Accessible taxi transfers, big cars are part of the acquisition.
