The municipality of Kissing is planning the construction of a new drinking water reservoir with a total of 2 stainless steel tanks.
The continuous supply of the municipality of Kissing is the top priority, this requires a necessary planning immediately after completion of the procedure. The daily peak requirement of approx. 2,500 m³ must be covered.
The available land is owned by the municipality of Kissing.
The subject of the contract is planning services of civil engineering (building, drinking water tank, drinking water tank and pipeline construction) in accordance with § 41 ff HOAI 2021, technical equipment ALG 1, 3 and 9 (HLS) in accordance with § 53 ff HOAI 2021, as well as technical equipment ALG 4, 5, 8 and 9 (ELT) in accordance with § 53 ff HOAI 2021 and, if applicable, ALG 7, LPH 1-9, in the case of a step-by-step commissioning. The municipality of Kissing is planning to replace the current drinking water reservoir with a new building due to the structural condition. The new drinking water reservoir is to be built above ground on a concrete foundation. The water is to be divided into two container chambers of 1,500 m³ each. (The water tanks should have a diameter of about 16 m and a height of about 7.70 m.)
The planned building will be about 20 m wide and 40 m long. A photovoltaic system is to be installed on the roof of the building to generate electricity for the pumps.
Since the date for the installation of the water tank must already be fixed at the beginning of planning, structured scheduling and adherence to deadlines is indispensable for this construction project.
Also to be considered is the planning of the access roads, as well as the coordination with the neighboring citizens because of the use of large machines.
The award negotiations are expected to take place in September/October 2022. The award of the contract is expected to take place in November 2022. The start of the service is directly after the order has been placed. The start of use is planned for spring 2025.
