Design, manufacture, supply and commissioning of shut-off valves from DN20 to DN500, design pressure DP100 bar, including drives

As the project developer, bayernets GmbH is planning the implementation of the Wertingen-Kötz project, known as "Augusta", as part of the grid expansion. With this project, the construction of a gas transmission pipeline from the Wertingen compressor station in the district of Dillingen an der Donau to Kötz in the district of Günzburg is planned. The Wertingen 2 subproject comprises the connection of the gas transport pipeline to the existing Wertingen compressor station. On the station grounds of VDS Wertingen, all necessary pipe technical, mechanical, electrical and I&C adaptations are made. This includes, among other things, the construction of a separate pressure header, an additional gas cooler, a gas quantity measuring building including measuring rails as well as the necessary pipelines and fittings.

A connection line from the station area of the compressor station connects the “Augusta” gas transport line to the stock.

The subject matter of the contract is the design, manufacture, packaging, delivery and transport (DDP according to Incoterms 2020) of shut-off valves from DN20 to DN500, design pressure DP100 bar, including drives and their commissioning on the premises of the Wertingen compressor station.
