Framework Agreement for the contracting of school transport services of the Ministry with powers in education of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.
The determination of the winning companies, the minimum discount percentages for each lot awarded to them (on the established reference prices), as well as the general conditions of the services and the basic terms to which the contracts will have to comply based on the Framework Agreement to provide school transportation services.
For the purposes of awarding the Framework Agreement and the formation of lots for awarding based contracts, the following school transport zones have been defined:
- zone A (Murcia area),
- zone B (Cartagena area),
- zone C (Lorca area),
- zone D (central-north area).
For the purposes of awarding the Framework Agreement, each zone will constitute a lot with the same denomination in letters as the corresponding zone (lot A for zone A, etc.).
