The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply of fuels (gasoline and natural gas) by flow-through cards for the City and the Communal Centre for Social Action (Ccas) of Pavillons-Sous-Bois. This contract is part of a group of orders, taken by deliberation No. 2015-00092 of June 29, 2015, between the City and the CCAS whose coordinator is the City of Pavillons-Sous-Bois. Most of the fuel supply will be carried out in the sector near Pavillons-Sous-Bois (at least one service station must be located less than 15 km from the town hall of Pavillons-Sous-Bois), nevertheless, in the context of business trips, fuel intakes must be able to be made with the credit cards throughout the national territory in one of the stations of the Account Holder or, where applicable, among the stations of a partner network of the Licensee
