The contract covers the needs of EDF SA and those of its subsidiary G2S (Group Support Services) to set up a new alloti market (four batches) of third party application maintenance (TMA), for IT applications Human resources, finance , corporate, regulatory & purchasing obligations, including corrective and evolutionary maintenance, level 3 support, as well as all requests for specific services.
Duration of contract:
- four firm years, followed by four optional years of one year each.
Number of lots: four:
- lot 1: Human resources (HR);
- lot 2: finances;
- lot 3: corporate;
- lot 4: regulatory & Purchase obligations (OA).
Human resources (HR)- Lot 1: human resources.
This lot concerns applications for the human resources part.
Finance- Lot 2: finances.
This lot concerns applications for the finance sector.
Corporate- Lot 3: corporate.
This lot concerns applications for the corporate part.
Regulatory & Purchase obligations (OA)- lot 4: regulatory & Purchase obligations (OA).
