The purpose of this European tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement for a period of four years between the Customs Laboratory and one contractor for the supply and maintenance of GCs and GCMS systems. The intended effective date of the agreement to be concluded is 31 July 2023, so that delivery can take place no later than 15 November 2023 - assuming a delivery time of up to three months.

To answer a number of parts of the Wishes Program, the Customs Laboratory sends samples. If you intend to submit a Tender, you must send a message via the Negometrix message module that you wish to receive the sample no later than 5 working days after publication of the tender. You must indicate in the message to which location the Customs laboratory should send the assembles.
