The purpose of the tender is to select the Tenderer who will supply the complete two identical eRTG devices to enable transhipments according to this specification of the tender object and guarantee the provision of service. Complete devices will be transferred to the Contracting Authority as authorised for use in accordance with the applicable rules.

The scope of the tender shall include the performance by the Supplier, among other things, of the following:

1. Design of cranes taking into account the optimal operating and cost parameters for the conditions of the PCC Intermodal S.A. terminal in Kutno, together with the necessary arrangements, including the technical superintendent, the health and safety assessor and the poż. ;

2. Manufacture of two complete eRTG crams, including equipment complying with this specification;

3. Delivery to the terminal in Kutno under the terms of the DDP, including unloading, assembly and all activities and necessary insurance, duties;

4. Conduct technological commissions and necessary operational tests and receipts;

5. Development and submission of complete technical documentation on paper and electronic devices in Polish and English;

6. The training of personnel identified by the Investor in the direction, operation and maintenance of the supplied eRTG equipment at the terminal;

7. Development and transmission of instructions for the use and operation of the equipment;

8. Obtaining appropriate equipment supply before the competent reception authority, together with an authorisation for use, where such an obligation is imposed on the date of receipt;

9. The performance of all the activities specified in this specification and in the delivery contract, and any other activities necessary for the proper operation and use of the equipment referred to in the service contract;

10. Ensuring full maintenance and warranty service of equipment within the scope and period set out frameworks in the specification of the tender object and in the service contract;

11. Providing post-warranty service of equipment during the life of the equipment in accordance with the service contract;

12. Assistance in the development of the internal instructions of PCC Intermodal S.A. on training for operators, on the basis of which the Contracting Authority will train new operators and on the basis of which the relevant authority will conduct examinations for them, allowing them to obtain appropriate powers.
