The subject of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the Książ Wielki Municipality, ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery other methods and limitation of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (uniform text Journal of Laws of 2021 item 888 as amended), the provisions of the Provincial Plan Waste Management, adopted by Resolution No XXV/397/12 of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship Sejmic of 02.07.2012 on amending resolution No. XI/125/03 of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship Sejmic of 25 August 2003 on the Waste Management Plan of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship 2010 and Resolution XINo /133/07 Sejmik of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship of 24 September 2007 amending Resolution No XXXVI/443/05 of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship Sejmik of 29 August 2005 on “Environmental Protection Programme of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship for years 2005-2012” and Resolution No Xi/125/03 of the Voivodship Sejmik Małopolski of 25 August 2003 on the Provincial Waste Management Plan, Resolution No XXXIV/510/17 of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship Sejmik in the weld of implementation of the “Waste Management Plan of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship for years 2016-2022” and Resolution No. V/34/19 of the Voivodeship Sejmik Lesser Poland and the regulations of maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the Municipality of Książ Wielki.

Establishment and conduct of a selective collection point of municipal waste (PSZOK) in Książ Wielki Municipality or in a neighbouring municipality, however, at a distance of not more than 15 km from the building of the Municipal Office in Książu Wielki (Warszawska 17, 32-210 Książ Wielki Street) under the current legislation legal, in particular, in accordance with the requirements of the law of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (uniform text Journal of Laws of 2021r, item 888 as of late zm).
