The project is for complete engineering design services, authority clarifications and the construction of a two storey freestanding new building of 1 382 m² gross area (BTA), of which 916 m² is the ground floor.

The construction of the new building requires the demolition of a previous caretaker residence/nursery. This is included. Outdoor sheds/stores can also be constructed and outdoor areas for wood production and breaks/recreation. See the tender documents for further details.
