Transport service and start-up to treatment of the organic fraction deriving from the separate collection of municipal waste (CER Code 20.01.08)

The service covers transport, from the Regional HR Treatment Centre in Brissogne and the Pontey plant,

and the treatment of the organic fraction deriving from the separate collection of municipal waste carried out on the

territory of the Aosta Valley Region.

The duration of the contract is 57 months with start scheduled from 01.04.2024 and end on 31.12.2028.

The service may be activated pursuant to art. 18 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, pending the stipulation of the

contract.

The Client reserves the right, at the request of the Regional Administration, to interrupt

unilaterally the service in advance of its expiry at any time, with a notice of

3 months (three).

In this regard, the competing companies may not make any reservations or claims of a

in addition to the normal settlement relating to the period of performance of the service up to the time of the

of the interruption.

The duration of the contract in progress may be modified for the time strictly necessary

at the conclusion of the procedures necessary for the identification of the new contractor pursuant to art. 120 of the

D.lgs 36/2023.

In this case, the Contractor is obliged to perform the services covered by the contract at the same prices

agreed and under the same or more favourable conditions.
