The assignment includes a management service regarding Forest Management in the form of a service concession.

The assignment concerns the management and management of the forest land owned by the Client. Forest land is defined in the mission as productive forest land and forest impediment, including ancient monument areas, conservation areas, burial ground areas, cultural heritage areas, nature reserves and key biotopes/protected forests (see appendix "Municipal forest land in valuable natural areas").

The municipality's forest land amounts to about 2,600 ha, of which about 2,500 ha is productive (including natural value areas). The area is divided into several parcels. Parts of the area are close to urban areas and some areas are subject to restrictions for cultural and nature conservation reasons, The assignment also includes management and corrective maintenance in forest areas within the zoning area, so-called park forests.

The assignment may change in scope during the contract period due to the addition or disposal of forest land. Special agreement on changed compensation to the trustee can be made if the area of productive forest land changes by more than 5% against the area specified here. The initial tender and the annual established management fee shall guide such agreement.
