This is a European Public tender from the UMC Utrecht for the purchase of F18-FDG. To this end, UMC wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one company for the duration of 4 (four) years (plus 2 option years).
Reason for the assignment
The UMC Utrecht makes approximately 4000 FDG-PET scans every year.
For the administration of FDG, ready-made syringes are purchased.
In order to administer a more accurate amount of radioactive substance and to be more flexible, the Department of Nuclear Medicine wants to fill out the FDG syringes itself. The UMC Utrecht also expects to gain a cost advantage in this way.
Purpose of the assignment
This tender concerns the contracting of a supplier for the supply of (generic) FDG in bulk.
