The Riverside Group Limited ("the Authority") ran a mini-competition in accordance with the rules of the London Development Panel Framework Agreement (established under Contract Notice 2012/S 69-113942 of 7.4.2012) to appoint a developer to carry out or procure the carrying out of development works at two sites, one at Calverley Close, Liverpool, L24 8RF and one at Pike Close, London, BR1 5BN.

The Authority awarded the contracts to the developer who submitted the most economically advantageous tender pursuant to the rules of the framework agreement.
