the public project management contract is for the restructuring of the Jean Zay student residence, rue Jean Zay in Lille. The Jean Zay residence now has 166 rooms/apartments on 5 levels, from the ground floor to the R+4. All rooms/accommodations will be restructured to offer accommodation with kitchenettes and private bathrooms. The restructuring will improve the energy performance of the building complex, and will eventually propose new typologies. The principles of eco-design and bioclimatic design will have to be at the heart of the design work, as well as the notions of maintainability, ease of operation and improvement of the attractiveness of the residence, in a logic of sobriety
