The contract covers framework agreements for technical consulting services in fourteen different areas of expertise in the field of construction and civil engineering. The purpose of the procurement is to meet the client's ongoing need for consultancy services in the various areas of expertise through calls when a need arises.
The contracting authority is the municipality of Östra Göinge, which in this procurement acts as a purchasing center according to LOU. After the procurement has been completed, Östra Göinge Municipality intends to sign framework agreements where other contracting authorities and entities are entitled to call (see AUA.12).
The contract period is from 2020-06-01 to 2023-05-31 with the possibility of extension for one (1) year.
