Technical and economic consulting services as well as overall coordination and project management of the procurement process for the PPP measure Tefes Feld educational institution in Nuremberg. Procedure according to VgV, phased allocation. As part of a public-private partnership (PPP), the city of Nuremberg intends to build a new overall educational institution consisting of:
• the construction of a six-speed grammar school with 54 classes and all-day spaces, triple sports hall with grandstand, simple sports hall, outdoor and open spaces to meet the demographic and school structure growing numbers
• the construction of a 4-speed primary school, i.e. up to 16 standard classes, with outdoor and open spaces, a single sports hall and an all-day education, care and educational facilities as a day-long nursery in the form of a combined facility with up to 400 places
• outdoor sports areas (especially for primary school) directly on the school grounds
• Open sport areas with company buildings for the grammar school and club sports on the “outdoor sports facility” project property (competition track type C with artificial turf pitch)
The structural implementation is currently planned from 2025, and the commissioning of the facilities for school and sports is planned for the school year 2027/28.
The PPP project is expected to cover planning, construction, financing and building management over 25 years.
