1. The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from inhabited real estate located in the commune of Żarki and from the Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste (PSZOK) located at ul. Myszkowska 61b in Żarki.

2. The scope of the contract is the collection and transport of solid municipal waste transferred by property owners:

1) inhabited, single-family housing, including dual-purpose housing in this housing, and multi-housing housing,

2) real estate on which summer houses are located, or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year, and municipal waste from Żarki commune is generated on them,

3) service of the Selective Waste Collection Point and selective collection points for out-of-date medicines, needles and syringes, chemicals, as well as used batteries and small accumulators points.

I. The Contractor will be obliged to collect the following municipal waste fractions from real estate located in the Żarki commune:

1. mixed (unsorted) municipal waste,

2. glass and glass packaging,

3. paper and cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging,

4. metals and metal packaging,

5. plastics, plastic packaging, multi-material packaging,

6. slag and ash from combustion processes,

7. biodegradable waste (bio waste), including green waste,

8. furniture and other bulky waste as part of street collection,

9. worn tires,

10. waste electrical and electronic equipment.

II. The contractor will be obliged to collect the following municipal waste fractions from the selective waste collection point:

1. glass and glass packaging,

2. paper and paperboard, paper and paperboard packaging,

3. metals and metal packaging,

4. plastics, plastic packaging, multi-material packaging,

5. slag and ash from combustion processes,

6. furniture and other bulky waste,

7. textiles, clothing,

8. worn tires,

9. construction and demolition waste,

10. waste electrical and electronic equipment,

11. hazardous waste arising in households, i.e. expired drugs, needles and syringes, chemicals, paints, plant protection products, detergents, fluorescent lamps / bulbs,

12. batteries and accumulators,

13. biodegradable waste (bio waste), including green waste.

III. Bags for collecting waste:

- blue - paper and cardboard - 75,000,

- green - glass - 100,000 pcs,

- yellow - plastic, metal, multi-material packaging - 285,000,

- brown - biodegradable waste, including green waste - 80,000

IV. Equipping with containers for a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) located in Żarki, ul. Myszkowska 61b.

V. Frequency of collecting individual municipal waste fractions.

1. mixed and bio waste

a) single-family housing real estate - from April to October - once every 2 weeks, the remaining period once a month,

b) multi-housing buildings - from April to October - once a week, the remaining period once every 2 weeks,

c) summer houses - once a month;

2. segregated:

a) single-family housing real estate - once a month,

b) multi-housing buildings - from April to October - once every two weeks,

c) summer houses - once a month.

VI. Frequency of receiving waste from the selective waste collection point - after each notification of the need to empty the container.
