Offentlige fellesinnkjøp på Agder, OFA, would like to hold a competition for medical consumables with the accompanying deliveries, qualitative services, advice and training.

We will first have a qualification process where we will select up to 3 tenderers. These tenderers will be invited to submit a tender for the goods and services included in the competition. After the tenders have been received, clarifications and/or negotiation meetings will be held in accordance with the contracting authority´s wishes. The first stage will be based on a selection of up to 3 tenderers,cf. the public procurement regulations § 16 - 2. The competition´s tender management system explicitly states what the qualification requirements and the selection criteria are.

Offentlige fellesinnkjøp på Agder, OFA, would like to hold a competition for medical consumables with the accompanying deliveries, qualitative services, advice and training.

OFA consists of 24 municipalities in Aust-Agder and Vest-Agder, all of which are equal as regards priorities and obligations from the tenderer. In this concrete procurement, 21 of 24 municipalities will be bound to the actual contract, whilst the three remaining municipalities will have an option to join at a later date.
