This framework agreement is a service contract aimed at the designation of two service providers for the supply, installation and programming of:

- radiofrequency calorimeters (distributors) and radiofrequency integrators;

- radiofrequency cold and hot water meters;

- radio frequency data collectors and provision of indexes, recorded monthly by these devices and transferred by them to a secure remote server.

The service providers will also be responsible for carrying out the index readings and for drawing up the statements of annual charges.
