The replacement building of the Seewadel nursing home has a ground floor, four upper floors, a reception floor and a basement. An associated garage is also being built. The new building has 80 room units as well as the general rooms such as stay, restaurant, administration, kitchen, etc. The building is constructed in solid construction, the facade is designed as a compact facade in combination with curtain-type concrete elements, the flat roofs are designed as outdoor space for the residents, some of them provided with photovoltaic systems.
