1. The subject of the contract is the performance of cleaning services of business premises and outdoor areas in the locations indicated in Annex 1 to the Agreement.

2. The Contracting Authority shall enable interested Contractors to carry out an on-site inspection. An on-site inspection must be requested in accordance with the provisions of § 8 SWZ.

3. The Contractor undertakes to perform the listed cleaning services by its own technical and chemical means ensuring effective removal of pollution, the cost of which is included in the price of the service. Chemicals used to maintain the cleanliness of sanitary facilities and facilities should have appropriate certificates and meet environmental protection requirements.

4. The cleaning service will be performed from Monday to Friday on working days, except for public holidays and non-working days from 7:00 to 15:00.

5. Detailed conditions for the performance of the contract are specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ, i.e. the draft contract.
