1. The subject of the contract is the FULL SERVICE CARE OF ANGIOGRAPHS, GAMMA CAMERAS, STATIONARY X-RAY MACHINES AND COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY SCANNERS USED IN THE PROVINCIAL SPECIALIST HOSPITAL OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY IN CZĘSTOCHOWA.

2. The detailed scope of the contract, including the list of medical equipment covered by the subject of the contract, is presented in Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference – Description of the subject of the contract. Other requirements concerning the performance of the subject matter of the contract are specified in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 9 to the Terms of Reference.
