The elementary and middle school, which opened in January 2014, has to be expanded due to the increasing number of pupils.

Due to the urban situation and the relatively cramped plot of land, the existing building should be added to. The existing cluster structure appears expedient to expand a cluster. Access to this extension must be through the existing main corridor for the rooms used for school; separate access to the outside areas is required for afternoon care.

For the realization of the extension as well as the necessary renovation measures in the existing building, the architectural services according §§ 33 ff. I. V. m. Annex 10 HOAI 2013 for the service phases 1 to 9 as well as the necessary special services are awarded. The assignment takes place in stages.
