The subject of the Order is:

• collection and management of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents live, within the administrative boundaries of the Gąsawa commune;

• collection and management of waste selectively collected from the owners of real estate where residents live located within the administrative boundaries of the Gąsawa Commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Łysinin, Gąsawa commune;

• collection and management of biowaste collected in containers located on properties residing in the municipality of Gąsawa.

The subject of the contract also includes:

• equipping owners of real estate where residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the Gąsawa commune with devices for selective collection of municipal waste

• equipping PSZOK with containers with a capacity of 7000 l (KP7) 5 pcs, containers with a capacity of 120 l - 4 pcs. intended for selective collection of municipal waste.

1.1. The subject of the contract includes the collection and management of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste from the owners of real estate where residents live, within the administrative boundaries of the Gąsawa commune.

1.2. Collection and management of waste selectively collected from the owners of real estate where residents live located within the administrative boundaries of the Gąsawa Commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located on the plot ozn. No. 122/2 within the cadastral area of Łysinin, Gąsawa commune.

1.3. Collection and management of biowaste collected in containers located on real estate residing in the municipality of Gąsawa.

1.4. Equipment of owners of real estate where residents live, located

within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Gąsawa in devices for selective collection of municipal waste.

1.5. Equipping the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located on the plot with registration number 122/2 within the cadastral area of Łysinin, Gąsawa commune with containers with a capacity of 7000 l (KP7) in the amount of 5 pcs, containers with a capacity of 120 l in the amount of 4 pcs. intended for selective collection of municipal waste. Bell-type containers with a capacity of 1500 l are at the disposal of the Ordering Party.

1.6. Management of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01), biowaste (20 02 01) and residues from sorting municipal waste intended for landfilling (19 12 12) collected from the Gąsawa commune in municipal installations. The contractor will be obliged to transfer them to the recovery and disposal installation, in accordance with the hierarchy of conduct

with waste referred to in Articles 17 and 18 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012.

1.7. Collection of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste collected in containers and collection of selectively collected waste, including at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Łysin, collected in bell or net containers within a maximum of 72 hours from the moment of notification by the Ordering Party.
