Conduct up to 5 surveys among operators of the national economy operating in the territory of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship.

1. The object of the contract is to obtain subjective information on various aspects of the activities of the actors in the national economy depending on current legal, economic, business, social or other conditions, e.g. epidemiological. In particular, a significant field of observation will be the reception of the actions of the provincial government in the field of direct support of entities, the creation of an environment conducive to the conduct of activities, the organisation of cooperation networks, the help of overcoming development barriers implemented by own funds local government as well as available EU funds. It is assumed to carry out up to 5 surveys, with the number of actual transactions being completed will depend on information needs.

2. The subject of the survey will be economic operators operating in the territory of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, regardless of the place of headquarters of the company directorate. 1000 effective surveys will be completed each round, increased by the number declared in the Public Procurement Proceedings.

3. A detailed description of the object of the order is set out in Annex No 1D to swz.

4. Conditions for the execution of the contract are contained in the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement to be entered into the contents of the contract, the model of the contract and are annex No 1C to the swz (hereinafter referred to as the model of the contract).
